Gaming headset Logitech As its name suggests, the G431 is a 7.1 gaming headset. It shares the G331's design with different inner earcup colors, but offers substantial specification differences. DTX 2.0 adds more spatial detail and precise sound positioning, while 7.1 audio improves directional detail over the G331. Connect to most platforms via 3.5 mm AUX or USB 2.0. General details                

The Logitech G431 over-ear gaming headset connects via AUX to smartphones, tablets or PS4 controllers, and also supports USB. DTX 2.0 Surround is available only on Windows PC through Logitech G HUB software; it also features built-in 7.1 channel separation. Its frequency response is 20 Hz–20 kHz, impedance 39 ohms and driver size 50 mm. It has a 2 m cable and a 6 mm unidirectional microphone. At 280 g without the cable, it is slightly heavier than the G331.

Sound review

Logitech delivers powerful lows and mids, especially on PC. With DTX 2.0 Surround, sound gains noticeably more spatial depth and games feel more spectacular. For competitive play, however, the amount of spatial detail may feel overwhelming. For pure entertainment, the Logitech G431 delivers enjoyable, impressive sound.
